These Terms govern access to the Website and purchases of gold and silver bullion from JRK Bullion. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The Website is operated by JRK Bullion (OPC) Private Limited, registered office at Ground Floor, Office No. 9, Popular Arcade, Tata Road No. 1, Opera House, Mumbai - 400004, Maharashtra, India, GSTIN 27AAGCJ8326H1ZC. Company, we, us and our refer to JRK Bullion (OPC) Private Limited. Customer, you and your refer to the person accessing the Website or placing an order. Product means any bullion coin, bar, biscuit or other item offered by us. Order means a request to purchase a Product. Successful Payment means funds have been confirmed as received or successfully authorised through the payment method made available by us.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. You must provide complete, accurate and current contact, billing, shipping, identity and payment information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping credentials and one-time passwords confidential.
Bullion transactions may be subject to identity, address, tax, payment-source, anti-fraud or other verification required by law, our banking or payment partners, insurers, logistics providers, or reasonable risk controls. PAN, Form 60, proof of identity, proof of address or other transaction information may be required where prescribed by applicable tax, KYC, fraud-prevention or payment rules. We may hold, reject or cancel an order if required verification is incomplete, inconsistent or unsuccessful, subject to applicable law.
We take reasonable care to display accurate product names, metal type, weight, purity, applicable certification particulars, packaging and price information. Product images are representative. The manufacturer, refiner and packaging may vary according to availability, while the stated metal, purity and weight will remain unchanged. Minor visual or packaging differences do not constitute a defect where the delivered Product matches the disclosed specifications. Please review the Product page and order summary before payment.
Products represented as hallmarked or BIS-certified will carry the applicable mark or certification particulars on the Product or its sealed packaging. JRK Bullion does not represent that every Product carries the same certification. The certification information applicable to the selected Product should be reviewed before payment.
Bullion prices are volatile and may update without notice. Prices displayed before checkout or payment are indicative only. The live bullion price becomes binding on the customer when payment is successfully completed. A product placed in a cart, an initiated checkout, an unpaid order or a failed payment does not reserve stock or lock a price.
The amount payable will be shown before payment and may include applicable taxes, premiums, fabrication or packaging charges, insurance and delivery charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no price is final until Successful Payment. Once payment is successfully completed, the applicable bullion rate is locked. However, where an obvious and genuine technical, system or typographical error has resulted in a manifestly incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch, notify you promptly and refund the full amount received through the original payment method. This clause will not be used merely because the market price subsequently changed.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may send an electronic acknowledgement after Successful Payment. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the Product, whichever occurs first. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch because of stock unavailability, failed verification, suspected fraud, payment reversal, legal or regulatory restriction, an obvious pricing error, an unserviceable PIN code or another reasonable operational cause. If we cancel a successfully paid order, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method, subject to banking timelines.
You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use. Payments may be processed by banks, payment gateways or other regulated service providers. We generally do not store complete payment-card or bank credentials. An order is not confirmed where payment is pending, failed, reversed, disputed or not received.
You may cancel an order only before Successful Payment. Once payment is successfully completed, the bullion rate is locked and the order cannot be cancelled by the customer. We may cancel an order in the circumstances described in section 6. This restriction is necessary because bullion prices fluctuate continuously. It remains subject to consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We provide insured delivery across India only to selected serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability may be checked before or after order placement. We may require identity verification, an acknowledgement, signature or one-time password at delivery. The customer must ensure that the address and PIN code are complete and accurate and that an authorised recipient is available.
Delivery normally takes between 4 and 15 days after order confirmation, depending on the selected Product, verification requirements and serviceable PIN code. The applicable estimate should be displayed at checkout or communicated with the order confirmation. Delays may arise from verification, logistics, weather, public events, regulatory requirements or events beyond reasonable control. Delivery is complete when the parcel is handed to the customer or authorised recipient at the stated address and acknowledged through the carrier's delivery process.
If we are unable to deliver the order within the applicable delivery period, and the delay is not caused by the customer or by a force-majeure event, we will cancel the unfulfilled order and initiate a full refund through the original payment method. Where a delay is caused by force majeure, we will inform the customer and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Inspect the outer parcel before accepting it. If the parcel is visibly damaged, opened, tampered with, resealed or otherwise suspicious, do not accept it. Refuse delivery immediately, ask the delivery agent to record the reason, and contact us without delay. Acceptance of a visibly damaged or tampered parcel may affect our ability to verify a claim, but it does not remove rights available under applicable law.
If the parcel is externally intact but contains a wrong Product, shortage, concealed transit damage or another discrepancy, stop handling the item and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the Product, invoice, certificate, labels and all packaging unchanged. Provide the order number, photographs and any other reasonable evidence requested for verification.
Customers are strongly advised to record one continuous, clear video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, seals and complete opening process. The video may be required as supporting evidence, particularly for claims involving shortages, a wrong Product, tampering or concealed damage. Claims will be assessed using all reasonably available evidence and in accordance with applicable law.
Because bullion is priced against a live and fluctuating market, we do not accept customer cancellations after Successful Payment, change-of-mind returns, or returns arising solely from a subsequent movement in the gold or silver price.
However, subject to verification, this restriction does not apply where the Product is damaged, defective, deficient, spurious, incorrect, materially different from its description or agreed specifications, or delivered late other than because of a force-majeure event. Nothing in these Terms limits a remedy available under applicable consumer law.
Visibly damaged, opened or tampered parcels must be refused at delivery. A wrong Product, shortage, concealed transit damage or discrepancy discovered after opening must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with the supporting material described in section 10.
After inspection, we may replace the Product, correct the order or issue a refund, as appropriate. Once a claim is approved and, where applicable, the returned Product is received and verified, we will initiate the approved refund or replacement within seven working days. Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank or payment provider.
Where a return is approved because we supplied an incorrect, defective, deficient, spurious, damaged or materially misdescribed Product, we will arrange or bear the reasonable cost of return shipping through an authorised logistics partner. Do not independently courier high-value bullion without our written instructions.
We arrange insurance for eligible shipments while they are in transit through our authorised delivery network. Risk passes to the customer upon completed delivery to the customer or authorised recipient. Ownership passes only after we receive full cleared payment and complete delivery, subject to applicable law.
Applicable GST and other charges will be shown or included as stated at checkout and on the tax invoice. You are responsible for providing correct invoicing details. Tax treatment can change and customers should seek independent advice for their circumstances.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, business practices or Website features. The revised version will be posted with an updated date. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
