1. Company and Scope

This Policy applies to orders placed through https://www.jrkbullion.com and fulfilled by JRK Bullion (OPC) Private Limited. We provide domestic delivery within India only. International shipping is not available.

2. Serviceable Locations

We provide insured delivery across India only to selected serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability depends on the Product, order value, insurer, authorised logistics provider, applicable restrictions and verification requirements. A location appearing in an address list does not by itself guarantee delivery. Serviceability must be confirmed before or during checkout and may be rechecked before dispatch.

If a successfully paid order cannot be delivered because the PIN code is unserviceable, we will notify the customer, cancel the unfulfilled order and initiate a full refund through the original payment method.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes between 4 and 15 days after order confirmation. The applicable period depends on the selected Product, stock availability, payment confirmation, KYC or other verification, serviceable PIN code and logistics arrangements. The estimated delivery period should be displayed at checkout or communicated with the order confirmation.

Office pickup may be available from our registered office within 24 to 48 hours after the order is successfully paid and confirmed. Customers must wait for our pickup confirmation before visiting the office and must present the order confirmation and any identification or authorisation reasonably requested at collection.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

An order will be prepared for dispatch only after Successful Payment and completion of any required verification. We may request PAN, Form 60, identity, address, payment-source or other information where required by applicable law or reasonable risk controls. We will send order or dispatch information through the contact details provided by the customer where those notification facilities are available.

5. Delivery Charges and Price Disclosure

Any applicable delivery, insurance, packaging or other compulsory charge will be disclosed before payment and reflected in the order summary or invoice. We do not apply an undisclosed delivery charge after Successful Payment. Free delivery or a promotional delivery rate applies only where expressly displayed for the relevant order.

6. Insurance and Secure Packaging

Eligible orders are insured while in transit through our authorised delivery network. Products are packed using security and protective measures appropriate for high-value bullion. Insurance applies subject to the terms and verification requirements of the relevant insurer and logistics provider. Customers must not arrange an unauthorised diversion, rerouting or collection that could affect shipment security or insurance.

7. Delivery Address and Recipient Verification

The customer must provide a complete and accurate name, telephone number, delivery address and PIN code and ensure that an authorised recipient is available. Depending on the shipment, the carrier may require identity verification, acknowledgement, signature or a one-time password. We may decline a requested address change after dispatch or require additional verification before approving it.

JRK Bullion is not responsible for a delay or failed attempt caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, refusal to complete reasonable verification, or another circumstance attributable to the customer. Any redelivery arrangement remains subject to serviceability, security and applicable charges disclosed to the customer.

8. Tracking

Where tracking is supported by the authorised logistics provider, tracking details will be shared after dispatch or made available through the customer's account. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may not always appear in real time.

9. Inspection at Delivery

Inspect the outer parcel before accepting it. If it is visibly damaged, opened, tampered with, resealed or otherwise suspicious, do not accept it. Refuse delivery immediately, ask the delivery agent to record the reason and contact JRK Bullion without delay. Do not open a parcel that has been refused.

If the parcel is externally intact but contains a wrong Product, shortage, concealed transit damage or another discrepancy, stop handling the item and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Preserve the Product, invoice, certification, labels, seals and all packaging. Provide the order number, photographs and other reasonably available evidence requested for verification. Customers are strongly advised to record one continuous, clear video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, seals and complete opening process.

10. Delay or Non Delivery

If we are unable to deliver an order within the applicable delivery period, and the delay is not caused by the customer or a force-majeure event, we will cancel the unfulfilled order and initiate a full refund through the original payment method. Where delay results from force majeure, we will inform the customer and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

11. Completion of Delivery and Risk

Delivery is complete when the parcel is handed to the customer or an authorised recipient at the stated address and acknowledged through the carrier's delivery process. Risk passes to the customer upon completed delivery. Ownership passes only after we have received full cleared payment and completed delivery, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when our delivery arrangements, services or legal obligations change. The revised Policy will be posted with an updated date. A change will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
