We provide insured delivery across India only to selected serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability must be confirmed before or during checkout.

Delivery normally takes between 4 and 15 days after order confirmation, depending on the Product, verification requirements and serviceable PIN code. The applicable estimate should be displayed at checkout or communicated with the order confirmation.

If we cannot deliver within the applicable delivery period, and the delay is not caused by the customer or force majeure, we will cancel the unfulfilled order and initiate a full refund through the original payment method.

Eligible orders are insured while in transit through our authorised delivery network. Risk passes to the customer when delivery is completed to the customer or authorised recipient.
